New Doctoral Researcher joins CRISP
Jorge thinking deeply about his doctoral research
We would like to extend a warm welcome to Jorge Campos who is CRISP's latest PhD candidate. He will be based at St Andrews School of Management. Jorge joins us from the University of Leeds where he graduated with a Masters in Consumer Analytics and Marketing Strategy. He holds his Bachelor’s degree from the Polytechnic in his hometown of Porto.
Jorge's Master’s thesis explored the trust-building process between social media influencers and audience, exploring the connection between psychological phenomena and consumer behaviour. His current research interests are in marketing intelligence, strategic marketing, big data and consumer behaviour. His PhD will focus on the new phenomena of data donation.
Recently Jorge has consulted to a number of high profile companies such as Coca-Cola, Under-Armour, ASDA and MyProtein and he is currently an undergraduate tutor in St. Andrews School of Management.
